A raft of Tier 1 & 2 clients who provide repeat business, combined with successful tendering has led to larger projects and the need for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career in Project Management.
Live projects range from $5M to $20M structure packages with Tier 1 Head Contractors across Melbourne.
The Opportunity:
I am looking to speak with experienced Project Coordinators & Site Engineers for 2 openings for projects starting in January 2025. Both opportunities will be delivering $15M full FRP packages for multilevel projects, in the CBD Fringe, Top Tier builders.
Duties will include: Project Co-ordinator assistance to Construction Manager and Commercial ManagerDrawings managementProcurement of trades and servicesContract administration tasks (Variations, Progress claims etc)Program writing and managing weekly programsAssist with client RFI'sDesign Management of Post Tension packagesREQUIREMENTS
I am looking to speak with applicants who can demonstrate the following:
3 years' experience working with concrete structuresCivil Engineering or Construction related degreeExcellent communication skills (Written and verbal)Visbuild QA experience would be advantageousAPPLY:
