You will be part of our determined and motivated team in Bella Vista, where you will assist by performing organisational tasks such as:
Project Planning and Execution.Risk and Issue Management.Resource Allocation.Follow Up on Tasks and Deliverables.Track and Monitor Projects.Prepare Project Reports.Performance Metrics.Provide Post-Implementation Support.Assist with Pre-Sales Support.You are:
able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.results-orientated and proactive, with a strong focus on effectiveness.organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.a self-starter and able to take ownership of tasks and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.What you Bring to the Table:
You have a completed Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), as well as 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience in project management software (e.g.
MS Project, Jira) and reporting tools (e.g.
MS Power BI).Understanding of project management methodologies.High attention to data and accuracy in handling data and information.Ability to maintain awareness on a portfolio-level and coordinate between multiple deliveries whilst paying close regard to resource efficiencies.Experience in software or/and hardware development is welcomed but not required.r2p offers great job opportunities in various fields and job profiles and offers a competitive salary package that commensurates with your skills and experience level.
