Base pay rangeA$62.00/hr - A$72.00/hr
BENEFITS Immediate start in this contract role paying $62 - $72 per hour + Super with possibility for extension35 hours per week with 1 flexi day every fortnightA great team culture that prioritises flexibility and work life balanceABOUT THE POSITION As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities to ensure quality standards are met. Serve as a main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns. Lead contracts administration and tendering processes.
DUTIES Develop Project plans, including scope, budget, and timelineCoordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignmentEnsure that the projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standardsPrepare reports on project progress, issues, and changes for stakeholdersSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Construction Management/Civil Engineering or a related fieldGreat Communication skills, both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with Project Management software like Asana, Trello, Primavera P6, Microsoft ProjectPrior experience as a Project Manager in Buildings, Open spaces, Civil projects.CULTURE Be part of a supportive team and get involved in training and development to constantly upskill and stay on top of industry trends.
