Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee the delivery of sustaining capital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and aligning project objectives with client expectations.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting to meet profitability targets.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to meet project demands.
