AAG Infrastructure is a leading civil construction company based in South-West Sydney. Due to company growth, we are currently seeking a Full-time Graduate/Junior Project Coordinator to join our growing company. You will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks and team support within our project. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Graduates are encouraged to apply, long term Civil Infrastructure career opportunities available!Job Description Summary:Day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and complete tracking of field tasks.Communication with on-field supervisors directly to manage all pre-field services workflows, enquiries, and information validation.Responsible for accurate and timely entry of information in various client systems related but not limited to: job claims and invoicing, general notes and updates on current scheduling status.Acts as an escalation point for a respective order under the manager's control and management.Respond to incoming phone queries.Respond in a timely manner to incoming emails.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information where required.Demonstrate role model behaviour in punctuality, reliability, collaboration, and compliance with AAG's Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies, and wider business policies and procedures.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous work experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator preferred; however, training is provided for the right candidate.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications (mainly Excel).Attention to detail with a continuous improvement focus.Knowledge about NBN/Telecommunications is desirable.Role is based in an office in South-West Sydney with a great team to work with.If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you!
