Newly created role due to expansion.TEN Recruitment now have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a leading construction company based in the Northern Suburbs. Your new role as a Project Coordinator will see you reporting to the Project Manager while leading project from initial handover through to completion, including planning, programming, delivery, quality assurance and communication management requiring interaction with Internal and External stakeholders. Responsibilities may include, but won't be limited to:Work alongside Project Management team to administer action plans detailing budgets, timeframes and resources for the project.Liaise with clients, stakeholders and the leadership team.Support the project delivery by maintaining correspondence files.Achieve organisational objectives and outcomes by cooperating with the office and onsite staff.Undertake several coordination tasks such as risk management and scheduling.Perform administrative duties such as responding to financial queries and managing relevant project documentation.Establish and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.The ideal candidate:2+ years relevant industry experience.Excellent initiative, analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritise and operate in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Sound understanding of building plans and reading drawings.Advanced computer and administration skills.Proven ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.This position is permanent with a salary of $90k - $110k plus super (DOE).
