About the role:The Project Management team within the Scientific Affairs function is responsible for project management of a range of business and technical projects, to deliver identified business goals following approval of the business case by the Business Owner of the project. The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Team Manager with organising and controlling assigned project activities, through pro-active engagement with stakeholders, to deliver defined business goals. The Project Coordinator will also contribute to the development and optimisation of Arrotex's project management tools, processes and systems, to optimise work practices and enable delivery of projects to their agreed timelines.
Role & Responsibilities:New Product Launches.Changeover of source-of-supply.Brand consolidations, rebrands and product discontinuations.Other technical and compliance projects as required.Support and promote collaboration with other departments.Skills & Experience:Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or relevant discipline.Experience working on a project team(s); such as a Project Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert (SME), Business Analyst, or similar role.Experience in an operational role in the pharmaceutical, FMCG or a related industry.Experience using project management tools and methodologies.Formal training in the fundamental principles of project management is desirable.Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar/equivalent professional credential would be an advantage.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
