In this role, you will primarily assist across scope, subcontractor management, stakeholder communications, and procurement on a range of diverse projects.What you'll do:Deliver exceptional outcomes to customers on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Prepare scopes of work.Liaise with stakeholders to ensure required approvals are obtained.Manage project administration including correspondence, agendas, and reports.Coordinate and manage subcontractors.Identify and manage risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers.Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status.Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Design standards.Provide input for the tender and ECI process.Assist CAs with variations and contract administration.Coach and mentor our Graduates and Cadets.About you:A genuine passion for the Construction industry.Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline.Experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.Exposure to a variety of medium-to-large scale projects, e.g., commercial, residential, and education.Strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Aconex, and Hammertech (highly desirable).Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork.Strong time management and prioritisation skills.How you'll benefit:5-day work week (exception of Site Managers/Supervisors who work 10 days in 14, with every other Saturday off).Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industry.Free health assessments for all staff.Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.Fast-tracked career development opportunities and support our staff through mentoring, workshops, and retreats.Industry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learnt, and other resources.Kapitol values diversity and aims to build an inclusive environment that champions, embraces, and respects differences.
