Design and deliver important projects across the Family, Youth and Children's Law (FYCL) directorate.

Full time maximum term position up to 2 years (part time considered)
Salary range: $98,902 - $123,624 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model

About the role In this role you will coordinate and manage the design, development and implementation of client centred service delivery related projects that support FYCL Directorate priorities. Your key focus will be piloting innovative improvements to family violence legal services and supporting directorate-wide initiatives.
This role will have a significant impact on improving our services, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring a collaborative approach to the development and implementation of projects.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you As our ideal candidate, you will:

Demonstrated experience in projects, particularly in the public sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to use those skills to influence and negotiate with people across all levels.
Demonstrated understanding of family violence and the challenges impacting vulnerable Victorians.
