About the Role: Project Coordination: Assist with the co-ordination and maintenance of project control artefacts such as the project plan and timeline workstream plans, governance documentation, status reports, and other key documents.
Document Management: Assist with maintenance and improvement of document management protocols for the project team and the development and maintenance of the key document register.
Administrative Support: Provide strong administrative support to Price Submission governance and working group meetings including setting up meetings, managing attendance, and taking minutes and actions in a timely manner.
Project Management Processes: Assist with managing good project management processes with regard to documentation, templates, and sourcing artefacts as required.
Project Documentation and Communication: Assist with the development and preparation of project documentation, presentations, and internal communications to staff.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide support to the Head of Pricing Submission and the broader Price Submission project team with ad hoc project administration tasks.
About You Desired Skills/Experience: Technical Experience: Experience working in a PMO or large project/program providing support to project managers, workstream leads, etc.
Project Experience: Previous experience working in medium/large IT, change, and/or transformation projects or programs as a support officer.
Software Proficiency: Proficient/strong use of MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
Project Management Knowledge: Good understanding of project and change management methods (PRINCE2, PMBoK, agile).
Teamwork and Customer Service: Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail.
Sector Knowledge: Experience and/or knowledge of the development, planning, and/or engineering sector preferred but not mandatory.
Prioritisation and Self-Management: Experience in prioritization and self-management with confidence in resolving customer enquiries and exercising judgement to escalate more complex technical and complaint matters.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and influence strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Organisational Skills: Sound organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
