Role Summary:We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Coordinator to support a large program of work, aimed at enhancing customer experience at physical locations.
The successful candidate will assist in managing project timelines, coordinating team activities, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to support the team in delivering key milestones for customer service and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the project through effective coordination and administration.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation and records.

Efficiently manage competing tasks and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines.

Work independently with self-motivation and resilience to overcome challenges.

Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive effective outcomes and manage change.

Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, fostering collaboration and consensus.

Requirements:

Proven experience in supporting projects within a commercial environment.

Familiarity with scheduling tools, with preference given to MS Project experience.

Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Exceptional time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
