This organisation transformation is aligned with our focus on simplifying our business, systems, and processes to improve the experience of our people and customers.About the role As Project Coordinator and reporting to the Charter Lead - Build for Scale you will provide effective and timely administrative support for the Build to Scale Charter in particular to the Charter Lead, Program Managers and overall project.
You will support the delivery of large change to the Bank and work closely with leaders across the business to help shape change and drive better customer and business outcomes.Your key accountabilities include: Administration support for the Build for Scale Charter including project planning and reportingPrimary support for the Charter Lead including diary management and administrationSecondary support for the Program Manager, Business ImplementationManage invoicing and travel requirements for Build for Scale team membersBe a proactive conduit between the PMO team and the broader businessScope for the role to expand with additional responsibilities i.e additional PMO project specific responsibilities, leading project work, partnering with and supporting key stakeholders, etc.
