About the Role
Commercial builder who operates predominantly across fitout & refurbishment projects in the largescale hospital space (think RSLs, hotels and mixed use clubs!) have a strong pipeline of projects for the next 2 - 4 years. This close-knit team is seeking a driven individual to join the team, leaning of the experienced Project Manager's whilst also bringing a solid few years experience to the team. With a structured growth pathway, you will soon progress up the ranks to manage your own projects and build a steady and dynamic career within a great business.
As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Working closely with the Project Manager on their various projectsPreparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation and scopes of workPreparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalisation of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimsTending to site duties such as trade inductions, deliveries, and managing general work progressAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsAdministration of the project HSE system, SWMS, and ensuring compliance across all standardsAdhoc office support across the various company policies and proceduresAbout You 2-3 years experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essentialTertiary qualifications in Construction - degree qualified preferredThe ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workloadGo getter, self starter, and driven individualStrong IT skills including MS Office suite and project management software and the ability to grasp new systems with easeStrong English skills both written & verbalRemuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package upwards of up to $90k +superannuation.
- No Saturday work! Monday to Friday role only
