Project Controller
Location: Preferably Dubbo, NSW but open to Orange, NSW
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with transition to a permanent role
Rate: Up to $80 P/H

About the Role: You will create project schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, contributing to the overall success of the project.
A key aspect of your role will be managing all purchasing activities including creating purchase orders, accruals, and reviewing all financials.
Duties:
Direct daily administration to the MPM projects team and work programs.
Manage purchasing processes, including creation and closure of purchase orders, invoice processing, reporting on invoice variations, and resolving disputes with contractors.
Create and distribute documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Support Planning Manager in tasks that control the tracking of successful project planning, deliverables, and QA outcomes.
Review all finances, collaborating with the Project Manager to manage end-of-month processes and reporting.
Skills and Experience:
Experience within Project Coordination/Administration/Controlling.
Computer proficient and able to pick up new systems/software.
Understanding of purchasing and accrual processes.
Ability to prioritise and meet short deadlines.
