What You'll Do:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Civil / CQA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. In this role, you will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality control and assurance standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in preparing construction plans and programs.Ensuring site activities comply with safety requirements.Supervising site labour, equipment, and materials.Maintaining accurate records focused on Quality Assurance and Control.Communicating progress to senior engineers and project managers.Applying engineering techniques and criteria.Assisting in data interpretation, analysis, and evaluation.Preparing specifications and quantities for review.Contributing to tender preparation and reports.Analyzing drawings and specifications to estimate costs.Ensuring compliance with quality standards.Driving cost control and budget management.Collaborating with teams to achieve project success.About You:Experience in construction management or site-based engineering.Medium to large civil infrastructure construction experience with a focus on Quality Control and Assurance preferred.Strong team player with excellent communication skills.Commitment to Occupational Health & Safety.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Experience in earthworks and liner installation (desirable).Valid manual driver's license.About WSPWSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 15 offices in Australia.
