In this role, you will collaborate with the Manager to implement key actions from the Disability-Informed Action Plan, lead initiatives, and report on progress.
You will develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff capabilities in Universal Design for Learning Guidelines, fostering a culture of inclusivity.Your responsibilities will include creating and facilitating quality training and professional development, developing annual project plans, and ensuring timely completion of actions.
You will also consult with the Disability Employee Network and Student Disability Inclusion Group, contribute to evaluation strategies, and prepare detailed reports and promotional materials.We are seeking a professional with a strong understanding of adult education, accessibility, and equity principles, and proficiency in corporate systems and learning management software.
