Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.About the opportunity We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Administrator to join our team support a number of major water infrastructure projects and programs across Melbourne. Based in our Tullamarine office (with some travel to site required). This is a exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator who thrives working in a dynamic and fast paced team environment. Day to day you will be responsible for: Administering the Project in Abergeldie's ERP system, IFS. Provision of document control, maintaining master drawing files, ensuring documents are scanned and uploaded into EDMS systems etc. Assisting with the compilation of documentation for monthly progress claims. Obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and ordering materials as directed. Assisting with the administration of subcontracts. Expenditure tracking, processing daily worksheets, timesheets and delivery dockets. Checking and reconciling invoices as required. Assisting with the preparation of site reporting. Updating and maintaining project registers. What You'll Bring to the TeamThe ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Administrator with experience working in Construction as well as; Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Exceptional attention to detail. A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Construction industry card.
