Project Administrator

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team. As a Project Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will be set out as follows:
Main duties and responsibilities: developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and servicesresponding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affectedmanaging paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services providedworking with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that goals are metadvising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisionsoverseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orderspreparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activitiescollecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomesreviewing and arranging new office accommodationQualification and Experience: Relevant baechelor qualification and two years' experience in the relevant industry are required.   If no relevant qualification is available, five years' experience is required in the same industry.
