Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Project Administrator to assist our team across the delivery of our NSW portfolio. You will be mentored by our Project Managers, and this opportunity has the potential to catapult your career ahead of your peers very quickly. This role is best suited to a newly graduated or soon-to-graduate student with a degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Because of its nature, your written skills, attitude and attention to detail are crucial for you to succeed in this role. Located in our Sydney CBD office, you'll be responsible for:
Minute taking and report writing.Accurately recording and assigning tasks to responsible parties.Assisting with briefs, presentations, documentation and other resources for stakeholders.Coordinating documents and approvals through Project Management systems.Candidate ProfileYou will need:
An industry relevant degree (or soon to graduate) in Construction Management or Engineering.Excellent written/minute-taking skills.An ability to listen, capture information, and articulate it in minutes clearly.High attention to detail.A willingness to go above and beyond for customers.Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.What's In It For YouThis role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps in their Project Management career, with a highly successful Project Management firm.
