PROK will continue to achieve this throughout 2024 by rolling out an extended product range and opening new regional service facilities.Our OpportunityPROK is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to be part of our Projects Team. The position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Bayswater, WA.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:Awareness and understanding of the chain from sales, engineering, estimating, drawing office, BOM origination, order entry, work-order origination, shop-pack establishment, work-order commitment, purchasing, goods receiving, manufacturing progress tracking, milestone claiming, dispatch compliance and logistics.Be entirely fluent in document control principles and practices including proficiency with QDMS document control software.Interpret project specific document control specifications and implement them into PROK project controls by way of contract compliance.Maintain all document control transactions in the Document Control database (QDMS).Follow-up and drive document deliverables with document owners.Ensure all document deliverables are provided on time according to the contract due date.Participate in all project kick-off meetings and ensure that PROK is represented and PROK's preferred position is heard; including the removal of redundant, duplicated and not applicable document deliverables.Maintain tracking database providing data about contracts including variations, milestones, claims, people, shipping events, manufacturing and purchasing progress and day-to-day notes.Update forecast costs and milestone invoicing for the assigned projects in Pronto at each month-end.Support progress meetings with clients and represent document deliverable subject matters.Be active and contribute to internal discussions and meeting about projects, risk, and improvement opportunities.Dispatch documentation, inspection, and release events, optimising dispatch events in-line with freight budget; police and ensure strict compliance with dispatch evidence; documentation and photographic reports.Develop an understanding of the Contract Administrator's duties to provide for overlay and backup when required.Have a deep commitment to customer service and understand the overall product is as much about the "journey as the destination."The Right PersonTo be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:Min 3 years' administration experience in a similar role.Must be computer literate.
