With over 100 properties under management, Realty and Asset Management oversees the negotiation and management of all agreements in place with Owners, Body Corporates and Owners Associations in the Accor Apartments and Realty portfolio.PurposeAs Project Administrator, your role is central to the efficiency of our Owner Experience team.
You'll be the link that maintains transparent communication with clients, ensures compliance, and in turn, bolsters the success of our team whilst leaving clients thoroughly satisfied.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintaining the CRM systemMaintaining a good working knowledge of all types of letting agreements (POA/GTA/MIA/MFFA) and drafting and issuing contracts to unit owners/investorsMaintain a good working knowledge of the ADL software programAdminister and implement owner campaigns for new developments to optimise conversion of keys in letting pool and the sale of furniture packagesLiaise with clients and owners for leasing related initiatives in new developmentsCoordinate with marketing the creation of tailored property/owner and departmental collateralReview records of terminated keys to identify any key loss/gain trends and assist in implementing initiatives across various properties and regions as requiredAssist the Asset Coordinator to process incoming letting agreements and liaison with Property Team and Unit Owners to ensure a smooth and efficient turnaround of keys into the letting poolManage the administration of Accor Apartments and Realty Funded Fit-Outs including agreement drafting, capex approvals, invoice approvals and insurance lodgementsAssist with the annual compilation of investment briefs for all required properties including running PMS reports and compiling all rates and statisticsEnsuring relevant system and operational processes are in place and maintained to support above projects including maintaining a good working knowledge of the discount profile setup in Sihot and making partnership program system updates as requiredLiaising with the marketing department for any updates required to the owners websitePreparation and distribution of corporate communication to owners and General ManagersImplementing initiatives and processes to assist the Owner Experience Team in achieving the departments objectivesAssisting the Manager, Growth & Retention or Director of Owner Experience with any additional duties as requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious Experience in Salesforce CRM preferredDemonstrated proficiency in navigating various systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM databasesDisplay an outstanding level of attention to detailOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesBenefitsALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!Family & Friends Discounts - Available on a range of accommodation, services and events for those who mean the most to youAccor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Program - Earn status & reward points on your worldwide staysLearn Your Way - Support your career development with access to Accor's industry leading training platforms, Accor Academy and TypsyBuild Your Network - With more than 300,000 Accor professionals globally sharing the same guest passion, you have the ability to grow your hospitality network worldwideWorldwide Opportunities - We are a world leading hotel operator!
