As a Project Administrator you will be the most organised person in the office and thrive in a varied environment where you will use your excellent time management skills to keep on top of various tasks and keep the project moving. The Orana BESS is an exciting project to be a part of as it's a large scale project with a capacity of 415MW which will provide 4 hours of energy storage.Your responsibilities will include:Manage project expensesMaintain various registers and databasesCoordinate travel, meetings and events relating to projectsProvide general administrative support to the project team as requiredGeneral document control and managing recordsPlease note, we are only accepting local applications at this time. There is no FIFO for this position.Skills and Experiences:About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Experience working in a similar role (an project engineering firm or construction industry would be beneficial)Be based local to the project - no FIFOCertificate III in Business Administration (desirable)An understanding of business operation and best practicesAdvanced user in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)A logical, organised and practical approach to workExceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasksHigh levels of attention to detailAbility to liaise with a variety of clients, office & site-based staff, suppliers and subcontractorsA strong desire to improve and develop in areas that will contribute to a better outcome for allA friendly, positive and professional customer-focused attitudeWhy Join Us?At CPP our people are our most important asset.
