The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to support day to day business activities of the East Services and Projects Team. This is a permanent part time role with the option to work 2-3 days.
The role will be based in our Morningside office in Brisbane.
This role requires exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Proven experience in providing wide ranging administrative support to a project team
Flight and Travel Booking
Project procurement support
Payroll Queries Facilitation and Tracking
Operation Support
General filing and record keeping
General Office Duties
Working knowledge of InEight, Primavera, Kronos, NAV or similar systems – advantage
