Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Handling accounts payable and receivablesAssisting with the coordination of employee and plant mobilisations to site, encompassingplant and equipment management, general project supportSupporting our tendering team with bid administrationIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency and/ or reliability in processes, e.g.
in project reportingBuilding effective relationships at all levels as you collaborate with Project Staff, Finance, HR, Payroll, Workshop and Office Staff, to provide an effective serviceFostering great relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, external consultants, regulatory bodiesPerforming general office administration duties as requiredFor the right candidate, the opportunity to grow and learn in the role with upskilling to provide specialist project and business support ABOUT YOUCert III Business Administration, or similarDelight in communicating with internal and external stakeholders and able to build effective relationships2+ years' experience in a similar administrative roleCurrent Drivers Licence and willingness to obtain a Construction Industry Induction CardExcellent verbal and written communication skillsManage and prioritise multiple tasksExperience with INX software is a nice to haveOUR CULTUREAt Ertech, our people are fundamental to our success.
