Project Administrator & Document Controller Flow Tech Australia Pty Ltd – Potts Point NSW
Flow Tech is looking for a young, vibrant Administration / Document Coordinator to join our growing team at Potts Point who has experience in the Marine / Ships Industry.
The Administration Coordinator role will range from project administration through to supporting our Operations Team in providing quality assistance and project closeouts to our clients. A self-starter who is able to work unsupervised is essential.
Requirements: Fluent in English Must have Australian working rights / Australian Citizenship Immediate Start; Full-time position working hours 6:30am - 3pm (Mon - Thu) and 6:30am - 12:30pm (Fri) Job Responsibilities: Provide admin support to our Operations Managers Documentation & Reporting: Assist with developing work packs, conversion of quotes into client quote templates, opening/closing reports, data entry within our client database, prepare project reports. Ensure successful project delivery within time. Quality Assurance: Maintain quality control documents to ensure compliance in project deliverables and outcomes, record fixed assets, calibrations, etc. A strong commitment to Safe Working Practices and a desire to create and maintain a clean, organized working environment. Procurement: Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques is an advantage. A current police check - less than 30 days old is required for Defence Access pass.
The ability to work and communicate as a team with a positive can-do attitude is essential.
To ensure your success in the role, you should possess an understanding of Project Administration and/or Project Coordination ideally from time spent in either construction or engineering.
