An exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join the Property Services team at Newcastle Anglican.

Follow up and resolve any discrepancies.Consult with stakeholders as relevant to the role, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in all aspects of service delivery.Other tasks as requested by Manager.About you:A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) or willingness to obtainNDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtainNational Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Project Management or similar)Demonstrated experience supporting construction projectsProven experience in a fast-paced, administrative role where high attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness are requiredStrong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Experience in the administration of financial records such as expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and cashflow.Who we are:Formerly known as the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, Newcastle Anglican is a faith-based organisation serving the people of the Hunter and the Central Coast.
