The Project Administrative Assistant plays a key role supporting the Project Manager and the Project Team by providing administrative and organisational support. The role encompasses several responsibilities around accountability and co-ordination of onsite communications between JCRT and various contractors, as well as relevant project officers, while tracking invoices for different construction projects. Maintaining a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and confidentiality is essential.Working collaboratively with stakeholders within Jenolan Caves and externally, your highly developed planning and execution skills, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, will enable you to determine the right things to do at the right time.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience working in a construction management related role.Confidence in financial management and spreadsheets.About UsThe Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust's mission is to connect its visitors with the unique natural and cultural heritage of Jenolan Caves, and through that connection, stimulate the urge to care for and protect all such special places.
