The Opportunity: As a Major Service Provider, KBR delivers project management, asset management, engineering and integrated logistic support solutions for large, long-term, multi-discipline and integrated work packages across the air, land, maritime and joint capability domains.
The Project Administration Assistant is required to provide support to Project Management advisory, risk management and support services to ensure that client projects are delivered with accuracy, consistency, and are compliant with Commonwealth standards and processes.
Responsibilities: Provide business and project administrative support to the CoA clientCoordinate and administer meetings; including recording and issuing of minutes.Admin and upkeep of business asset registers.ADHOC business administrative support.Administrative support to Project Management Office (PMO) for development and delivery of routine reports.Administrative support to PMO for management of client Project schedules and documentation.Collaborate with client and Sub-Contractors for management of timesheet tracking and submissions.
As the ideal candidate you will bring: Essential: Experience in Project/Business Administration.Advanced MS Office skills.Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Desirable: Previous experience in a Defence/Government environment is highly regarded.
All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance.
