The Role
The Project / Account Manager will lead the way in delivering projects with high quality, on time, within budget, and with the highest safety standards. You'll drive daily operations to meet customer expectations, maximize team productivity, and play a crucial role in planning, pricing, and executing projects. You will act as the lead contact to several clients and assist them in the planning and implementation of their project.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Manage projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.WHS: Complete WHS risk assessments and SWMS for each project.Implementation: Develop and execute project plans with precision.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align expectations.Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.Resource Management: Lead and optimize the allocation of our skilled technician team.Scheduling: Strategically plan and optimize onsite schedules.Account Management: Liaise with our major client base on a regular basis to provide both technical and planning advise when required. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction and improved service deliveryQuotations: Provide clients with project costings and respond to RFQ's The Person Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.Excellent Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse teams, creating a collaborative environment.Proficient in Word and Excel and resource management.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.Proficient in network connectivity, with experience in Copper, Fibre Optic, CCTV and Wireless Access Point installations.Sound knowledge of WHS, with experience in completing Risk assessments and SWMSTelecommunications trade expertise. Electrical experience not essential but may be an advantage.ACMA or equivalent license with all endorsements, plus a valid Driver's License.Experience in Data Centre environments and structured cabling systems.
