Lead the testing efforts to guarantee the successful delivery of a highly visible Program! Your new roleAs Test Lead, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the program's testing framework, test tools, methodologies, test strategies and plans. You will have strategic and hands-on input in the end-to-end test execution, including defect and triage management. You will lead the testing function across various initiatives, ensuring the implementation of a consistent, standardised testing approach. Your role will also involve providing direction for resolving complex issues, and reporting on defect management and testing activities. You will also ensure all testing deliverables are produced and approved in accordance with program and organisational standards. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in leading testing functions, ideally at a program level. The ability to work both at a strategic and hands-on capacity. Proficiency in testing tools and templates, and familiarity with test management tools. Demonstrated knowledge of using TOSCA for test automation. Thorough understanding of integration testing.
