Your Role:
As a Program Support Officer, you will play a vital role in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll provide confidential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth operation of headspace Lithgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a not-for-profit organisation focused on youth mental health.
What We're Looking For:
Organisational Skills: Strong time management abilities with a knack for multi-tasking and prioritizing competing demands.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with diverse individuals from various backgrounds.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word) and experienced with database tools and electronic medical records.
Customer Service Skills: Strong skills in engaging with young people and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Commitment to Equity: Understanding of and commitment to equity and workplace health and safety principles.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Relevant Experience: Administrative support experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, but not essential.
