The Role The Program Manager, Strategy and Performance is instrumental in guiding the implementation of strategic initiatives under the GV Health Strategic Plan.
In this newly created position, you will lead the Strategy Realisation Office, providing tools and frameworks that empower cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively, linking strategic action with measurable outcomes.
Play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare in our region, enabling data-driven decisions and translating GV Health's strategic vision into enhanced organisational performance and better health for people across our region.
Key Responsibilities Establish and lead a Strategy Realisation Office, implementing project management tools and frameworks to support strategy realisation projects across GV HealthEnhance performance measurement systems, connecting strategic goals with consumer and organisational outcomesInform and influence strategic decision making, including high-level reporting to the Executive and BoardWhat We're Looking For Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in strategic roles, with leadership experience in Strategy Realisation or similar functions
Skills: Proven expertise in project management and EPMO methodologies, with strong capabilities in developing outcomes-based performance measures
Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
