The Role:
The Department for Trade and Investment (DTI) is the government?s lead agency for international engagement and economic development.
The Program Manager, Online Services will ensure ongoing success of the recently developed Invest in South Australia website platform and the implementation of the Export website platform. The successful candidate will work with the DTI State Promotions Digital team, to expand and refine the new website portals.
About You:
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the following selection criteria:
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in coordinating multiple resources and owners in the creation of a targeted single outcome
Work independently under broad direction, prioritising work without guidance, determining appropriate work methods and making decisions independently
Significant experience and knowledge in managing large corporate websites and online services including implementing updated website structures and content: 5 years (essential)
Experience with website and cloud service technologies
Understanding of custom application development and architecture using cloud-based services
Experience with website and online application production, processes and systems
Familiarity with Microsoft online services including Teams
Understanding of digital engagement across a range of platforms.
Desirable Qualification:
Understanding of custom application development and architecture using cloud-based services
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and front-end technologies
Working knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) services, Microsoft Dynamics 3 years required
Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS?s) 3 years (essential)
Experience with online task management systems, Jira 2 years
Experience with SEO based content implementation: 3 years (essential)
Demonstrated use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: 2 years (essential)
Certification or experience in Agile software management methodologies.
Special Conditions:
This is a 6-month contract. Some out of hours work may be required.
Remuneration:
ASO7 - $101,859 - $110,107pa
