In this role, you will:
Provide leadership and effectively manage the provision of high quality, compliant and consumer directed servicesManage and drive our growing Western Metro Home Care ProgramDevelop and implement fee for service approaches and ensure that the programs operate within agreed resource frameworks and financial targetsEnsure client assessments are conducted as required and ensure consultation with clients and/or their carers in the development of individual goals to maintain or improve independenceThe role will be based at our Kingsville Office, working Monday - Friday. Tertiary qualification in management, business or related discipline and/or experience in operational management in a health/aged care organisationSound knowledge of aged care and business developmentComprehensive knowledge of best practice and experience in assessment, care planning and service delivery to older persons living in the communityExperience and expertise in working within and monitoring budgetsExperience and expertise in the leadership and development of a cohesive team, to support staff in the delivery of high quality servicesUnderstanding and experience in identifying and managing risk in the community aged careThrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactionsA commitment to being part of a workplace culture based on the BESTway of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)You will need: A current Working With Children's CheckcardFull Australian working rightsCurrent police records check orNDIS (as required)(or be willing to undertake this process)Current and ongoing flu vaccinationsMake a positive difference in your community – apply now!
