As the Program Manager you will lead and coordinate the Performance Optimisation Program (the Program) and provide leadership and support for key initiatives across QPWS&P through a Program Board structure.
The program contains initiatives across a range of focus areas, including but not restricted to: digital, finance, human resources, reporting and planning throughout the business.
The Program will work with teams in QPWS&P to manage a business reform agenda to streamline the assessment and administration of authorities and improve corporate governance.
The role has a particular focus on supporting business planning and reporting across the Division, including knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and how these can be utilised to support the program delivery.

About you:
You have developed and implemented continuous improvement programs and projects across multi-disciplinary teams.You're a strategic thinker, capable of building and designing programs and frameworks to achieve organisational and change initiatives.You're a deadline driven, high-level communicator with strategic and detailed project management abilities.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
