Your Contribution
As the Program Manager you will lead and coordinate the Performance Optimisation Program (the Program) and provide leadership and support for key initiatives across QPWS&P through a Program Board structure.
The program contains initiatives across a range of focus areas, including but not restricted to: digital, finance, human resources, reporting and planning throughout the business.
The Program will work with teams in QPWS&P to manage a business reform agenda to streamline the assessment and administration of authorities and improve corporate governance.
The role has a particular focus on supporting business planning and reporting across the Division, including knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and how these can be utilised to support the program delivery.

About You
You have developed and implemented continuous improvement programs and projects across multi-disciplinary teams.
You're a strategic thinker, capable of building and designing programs and frameworks to achieve organisational and change initiatives.
You're a deadline driven, high-level communicator with strategic and detailed project management abilities.
