Job DescriptionYour role as the Family Law Services Program Manager As the Family Law Services Program Manager, you'll oversee and guide our Family Law Services programs, providing critical support to families navigating the legal system. You'll ensure high-quality service delivery, manage a dedicated team, and work closely with stakeholders to maintain best practices and regulations. Your role will be essential in driving program success and improving outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations and Management - Lead and manage Family Law Services programs to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.Staff Supervision and Support - Oversee and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.Stakeholder Engagement - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, legal services, and community partners.Program Development and Innovation - Monitor and report on program outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Community Engagement and Outreach – Actively participate in community engagement, promoting awareness and educational outreach in the community.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of families and individuals in need. Proven experience in program management within the family law or community services sector.Strong leadership and team management skills.Demonstrated understanding of the Family Law Act and related legislation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and experience with budgeting and financial management.Qualifications: Professional qualifications in law, family services or equivalent experience.Experience in family law services or equivalent community sector experience is highly desirable.Eligibility/other requirements Successful completion of a National Crime Check.Successful completion of a NSW Working with Children Check.If you are ready to embark on a rewarding adventure and make a real difference in our community, we'd love to hear from you.
