The Role:Provide specialist input, strategic direction, and leadership to projects undertaken by the Aged Care Reform Unit.Provide high-level project management and support, guidance, and advice to the Aged Care Reform Unit.Prepare a range of high-level written material, including reports, submissions, briefings, ministerial correspondence, project plans, policies, and procedures.Demonstrate a high level of initiative in identifying issues and initiating appropriate action.The Team:In January 2023, the Aged Care Reform Unit (ACRU) was launched to develop and implement a statewide framework for integrating, delivering, and monitoring programs aimed at improving access and flow for older patients/residents between hospitals and Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF) to support better patient outcomes and health system benefits.Details of Appointment:Fixed term, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of approximately fifteen (15) months.Salary: $135,408 to $144,527 per annum.
