Program Facilitator / Officer

The Purple Hands Foundation, Fremantle Dockers are seeking an energetic Program Officer / Facilitator to deliver innovative youth engagement programs that harness the power of sport. You'll play a vital role in empowering young people, guiding them to overcome personal challenges, embrace a sense of belonging, and unlock their full potential.
Working closely with our Program Manager, you'll coordinate, deliver, and evaluate impactful programs for at-risk youth, adapting approaches to fit each unique audience. You'll engage schools, community partners, and participants directly, building relationships that amplify the Foundation's reach and impact.
