About The Role
Our client is a government organisation working on critical infrastructure projects across Australia. Their Townsville site is seeking an experienced Program Engagement Officer (AO4) to join their team for an 18-month, full-time casual assignment, starting immediately.
This position will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer and Stakeholder Management team within Northern districts and the primary responsibility will be to address the shortfall of specialised resources required for community engagement and communication services across active and upcoming projects.
Key Duties Will Include
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholdersUpdate and maintain project web pagesDevelop and manage social pinpoint web pages to facilitate community engagement and feedbackProduce proactive communication materialsAddress low-level stakeholder issues and concerns promptly and effectivelyManage correspondence tracker to ensure timely responses to stakeholder inquiresData management
