Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support Finity's Product and Solutions team and the co-Heads of Product.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and a good non-technical understanding of product development and software delivery.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operations of the Product and Solutions Team.
Key Responsibilities
Product administration, including preparing, implementing, monitoring, and updating plans, status reports and quality control.
Development and coordination of multiple software projects operating in parallel across different products.
Internal stakeholder management to successfully coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver to project budgets, timelines and priorities.
Assist with the allocation and coordination of development resources, ensuring optimal utilisation and productivity.
Provide administrative support to co-Heads of Product and team members which may include meeting booking, minutes, presentation preparation, internal communication, and more.
Fostering strong communications between the Product teams and broader Finity to contribute to overall successful delivery of work.
Develop Finity specific product knowledge over time.
Essential skills and experience
3+ years of experience in a program delivery or project management role, preferably supporting senior leaders in a technical or software product-focused environment.
Experience in the tech or software development industry is advantageous.
Desired skills and experience
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail.
Strong understanding of technical product development and software lifecycle management is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence) and office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
