Who are we looking for?GHD is establishing a program of work to progressively update technology that directly enables our Enterprise-wide approach to delivery.
This work is being planned and implemented via a partnership between the Delivery Excellence team and Information Services (IS).
We are looking for a Program Architect during this critical Delivery Excellence Program (DXP) implementationIn this dynamic role you will:Take a leading role in overseeing the program delivery of a holistic architecturesolution in accordance with approved design that supports the Delivery ExcellenceProgram (DXP) and is aligned to Information Services (IS) Architecture PrinciplesHolding the responsibility in maintaining and updating the DXP Roadmap – thechief program planning deliverable – for each new horizon, as well as managingdownstream technology impacts on existing in-flight projects.Work closely with the Program Manager and project managers in formulatingproject scope related to relevant named initiativesEnsuring DXP proposed system design and specifications meet the program'srequirements and adhere to IS technical and quality standards.Overseeing multiple simultaneous projects through design, development,implementation and post-implementation review to ensure consistency.Responsibility to engage closely with IS teams and leaders What you will bring to the team:Enterprise solution architecture experience across business architecture, dataarchitecture, applications architecture, and integration architectureAbility to influence and facilitate with senior business and technology stakeholdersAdvanced written skills, including the ability to concisely translate a large amountof information into reports and correspondence, targeted at both technical andnon-technical audiences as neededAbility to handle diverse situations and multiple concurrent projectsProject Management skills including progress, tracking, reporting, riskmanagementStrong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or demonstratedexperience to meet the Key Skills and CompetenciesTOGAF certification highly desirableMinimum 3 years' experience in comparable roleWorking in large corporate environments preferred Interested?
