This position can either be based in one of our offices Perth, Sydney, Adelaide or 100% WFH.Tasks and responsibilities:Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes by analysing technical requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current HR practicesDevelop solution architectures and design documents that align with client needs and business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systemsPerform quality assurance and testing on solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are operating effectivelyProvide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation processDesign solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timelineBuild prototypes: implement the solution and test environmentDefine the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolutionFinalise configuration: migrate the solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut-over activitiesKeep up to date with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team, especially junior team members, and customersSkills and experience:Minimum 7 years of SAP implementation experience in SFExperience in provisioning systems, performing refreshes, platform configurationsExperience with Package Configuration Manager would be an additional plusExperience in configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.Experience with the integration into employee centralDriving the development of systems specifications.Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)Additional plus, experience working in HR and be able to showcase Business Process KnowledgeThis is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-career stage technical HCM professional to work with a great hands-on virtual dream team and to train and build the skillset across the SuccessFactors Suite, working on the latest technology and mentoring junior staff.Please note legal right to work in Australia is a pre-requisite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
