Ventia requires a Program Administration Co-Ordinator to join their team for a 1-year full-time fixed term. The role provides coordination and administration support to deliver training programs that enhance employee and organisational effectiveness, using robust systems and procedures to meet Ventia's business and Ventia Academy's strategic objectives. Exposure to RTO or accredited training is a must.

This is a busy diverse role and requires strong administration and time management skills with high-level accuracy and attention to detail. Duties include:
Actioning training enquiries, processing enrolments, and student data in a timely manner.Updating and maintaining the training calendar and schedule, ensuring Ventia Academy Invent Site and Ventia training sites are maintained.Setting up course and class offers in line with product offerings, Training and Assessment Strategy, training package, contract, and client requirements.Conducting QA checks, data entry and integrity, results, and issuing of statements of attainment/certificates in line with RTO/TEO policies.Ensuring appropriate marketing and promotion material is developed and designed for the website, newsletters, slide decks, and information sessions to promote Ventia Academy services.Required Skills and Experience Entry-level qualifications in business admin, HR, or similar.Competent in National VET sector standards and systems.Understanding and experience with training systems, both accredited and non-accredited.Experience following quality processes.Operation of a SMS & LMS.Experience in promoting and marketing training programs.Power BI (highly regarded).About Ventia
