Join us in shaping the future of the advertising industry!Role Objective/ ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Professional Development (HPD) in boosting engagement and registrations for ACA's PD program, and assist with delivering courses both in-person and virtually.Collaborate with HPD to conduct program reviews/development, overhaul programs and confirm facilitator/speaker/tutor/participant resources.Assist with streamlining PD tools (Learn Portal/Content Hub) as well as scoping/rolling out of a new technology (LMS)Provide internal administration for ACA programs, including AdSchool, AWARD School, and IPA, to ensure seamless operations.Promote and sell courses to leads, members, and non-members with enthusiasm, driving engagement and achieving goals.Support State Managers in weekly updates and coordinate sales efforts through calls, emails, and chasing payments.Coordinate engaging AWARD School events, such as Info/Briefing Nights, Lectures, Mid-way Events, and Graduations, both in-person and online.Manage the AWARD School submission, judging, and gallery platform (Award Force) from start to finish.Manage AWARD School Discord Channel for students and tutors to foster community engagement.Maintain course details, enrolments, and leads using training management software (Arlo), including database management and basic financial tracking.Update website content (WordPress) and provide social media support to amplify our programs.Skills, Experience and Education requiredMinimum 5 years of experience working in training, event or project management roleExperience with CRM, LMS programs / digitally savvyDemonstrated attention to detailNatural customer service focus, comfortable with responding to questions and providing advice both on the phone and via emailAbility to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlinesInitiative and problem-solving abilitiesAble to work without supervision but also a great team playerWillingness to work flexibly as some activity is delivered outside of normal business hours (Lectures / Graduations / Judging / etc – occasional circumstances)Desired experience (but not essential):Advertising / Industry BodyKnowledge and experience in using Google Suite and WordPressHow to ApplyPlease email both a cover letter addressing the selection criteria and your CV to ACA P&C Consultant, Sarah Jones Palmer: ****** applications will be treated in confidence.
