We are looking for an experienced Production Shift Leader who is looking to make a real impact and wanting to grow their career. You will be responsible for the delivery of the daily shift plan whilst maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, cost, delivery and environment. In this role, you will identify and support process improvements and develop your team members to create a highly successful team. This role will operate on a rotating shift pattern including both day and night shifts.
