Production Operator - Mixer/Batching

Fuse Recruitment are seeking a skilled Production Operator with a background in batching/mixing in food manufacturing.

About the Role:  As a Batching/Mixing Operator you will be required to produce high quality products by mixing a variety of raw ingredients in accordance with corresponding recipe.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes.

Key Responsibilities: Handle and operate ovens in a hot environment, ensuring effective production and packaging of products.
Mixing raw ingredients into set batches Ensure plant and equipment run smoothly and efficiently.
Handling and transportation of ingredients Perform various production tasks as required, including packaging goods in a high-quality manner.
Complete administrative tasks such as filling out forms and entering data into the system.
Requirements: Prior experience in food manufacturing environments is essential.
A good understanding of food safety High attention to detail Ability to complete forms and add data into the system.
Ability to lift up-to 15kg and work in a hot environment.
