Due to their continued growth, a need has been created for a high calibre Production Manager to join this magnificent business.Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Production Manager will oversee the people, process, quality and safety of the manufacturing facility across a day shift. You will lead a varied team of people including both FTE and casual staff.The Production Manager will be required to bring technical understanding of good manufacturing process, combined with strong organisational skills and an engaging approach to team leadership to drive business KPI's. Demonstrating a wide understanding of operational functions including LEAN, safety and quality would also be beneficial. It is also the responsibility of the Production Manager to monitor both production KPI reporting as well as performance management of staff.
