It's our mission to re-define OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team at our Broadmeadows vehicle dismantling will be responsible for the smooth running of the site and for safety, dismantling productivity and quality control.Role responsibilitiesLeading a large on-site teamEnsuring a safe environment for all team members, and ensuring daily, monthly and quarterly checklists are carried out and submittedLeading a safety culture which includes ensuring that team members understand and adhere to all safety requirements and policiesEnsuring all vehicles are inventoried and processed accurately and in a timely mannerBudgeting, cost management and other commercial activities of the siteManagement of site invoicing processes and approvalsMaintenance and ordering of all workshop equipment, tools and consumablesManaging and maximising scrap revenueContinuously improving operational efficienciesProactively collaborating with both internal & external stakeholdersManagement of vehicle stock holdings with support of Vehicle Purchasing teamWeekly & monthly reporting of site activitiesDoes this sound like you?
