Production Manager

At Bronco Ute Trays, we manufacture premium high-quality Ute Trays, Canopies and Service Bodies. We require a Production Manager to plan, coordinate and control the production process to ensure the
output is produced at the right cost in the right quantities at the right time. Delegate effectively, foster a
positive work culture, and drive the production team towards achieving production targets.

departmental teams to improve process capability and product quality.Establishing and managing quality control standards.Ensuring health and safety regulations are met.Negotiating timelines and resources as necessary for jobs, as they change in scope.Oversee all aspects of production from pre-production planning to post-production execution.Managing the maintenance and repair of production equipment.Knowledge and Experience: Proven track record of managing all production and operational aspects of a team of 15 + employees.Great organisational skills and the ability to work methodically and accurately to improve production
efficiencies, and implement, monitor and measure production KPIs.Foster an environment of open communication and training to meet business objectives.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with people in order to achieve
